About the Role

This Global role is for an experienced, practical, and business-oriented attorney to provide broad-based legal support across employment, finance, corporate governance, contracting, and other enterprise matters. The individual will work closely with the VP, General Counsel, North America and business leaders across the organization to provide timely, pragmatic, and risk-calibrated legal advice. The role requires strong business judgment, the ability to manage matters independently, and effective collaboration with stakeholders across multiple functions and jurisdictions. The individual will serve as a trusted day-to-day legal partner, independently handling a broad range of matters while appropriately escalating significant legal, compliance, financial, reputational, or strategic risks.
