We’re looking for a Team Lead, Field Sales to join our growing EMEA team in Lyon. This is an opportunity to build on the foundations of our Lyon sales team. Working closely with the Senior Manager, Outbound, you’ll coach and support the team, continue shaping our ways of working and play an important role in growing our presence in the market. You’ll join a team with ambitious growth plans and have high visibility across the organisation, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact as the team expands.
What you’ll be doing:
Partner with the Senior Manager, Outbound, to mentor, motivate and develop the team.
Provide regular coaching, training and feedback to help team members grow their sales careers.
Help the team consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Analyse pipeline and performance metrics, identify opportunities and turn insights into action.
Support outbound initiatives that improve team performance and market reach.
Collaborate with Partnerships, Inbound, Implementation and Marketing to strengthen our customer journey and ways of working.
Help grow the Lyon team’s culture, operating rhythm and local market presence.
Contribute to hiring and onboarding new team members as the team grows.
What you bring to the team:
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
Experience coaching or leading a sales team.
B2B sales experience, ideally in technology, solution sales or fintech.
A strong understanding of sales best practices and a proven ability to close.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
A data-driven approach to decision-making and a genuine interest in performance metrics.
A passion for coaching and helping others develop.
The ability to thrive in a competitive, dynamic and target-driven environment.
An entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias toward action and the flexibility to adapt as priorities evolve.
The ownership and energy to help build something new in a launch-phase environment
Even better if you have (but not necessary):
Experience working in the hospitality industry
Experience with POS systems
