RN Clinical Manager
North Tucson Visits- Home Health Office
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and growth-minded RN Clinical Manager to lead clinical excellence for our NTV office and the clients we serve throughout the NTV service area.

Position Overview
As an RN Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight for home health services delivered across the NTV service area. You will work closely with the office staff, clinical leaders, and field staff to promote excellent client outcomes, support operational goals, and strengthen the overall effectiveness of the office.
This role works collaboratively with an experienced Clinical Manager and Rehab Manager and is well-suited for a nurse leader who is ready to contribute to a high-performing team and take on additional responsibility when needed.
Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to the home health team.

Promote safe, effective, and compassionate care that is consistent with BAYADA standards and applicable regulations.

Monitor clinical outcomes, quality measures, productivity, and other performance metrics.

Conduct and support supervisory visits throughout the NTV service area.

Partner with the Office Director and Area Director on office goals, workflows, budgets, and operational priorities.

Help ensure that client care plans are appropriate, implemented effectively, and updated as client needs change.

Collaborate with field staff, clients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care.

Coach, mentor, and encourage team members through clinical challenges and day-to-day decision-making.

Assist with office coverage and leadership responsibilities when other Clinical Managers or the Rehab Manager are out of the office.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen team performance, and enhance the client and employee experience.

Use sound clinical judgment and creative problem-solving to find a way to yes whenever possible.

Participate in meetings, training, quality initiatives, and other activities that support the success of the office.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.

Home health nursing experience.

Strong clinical assessment, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to travel throughout the NTV service area for supervisory visits.

Ability to work on site at the NTV office.

Commitment to delivering excellent care and achieving strong clinical outcomes.

Ability to work collaboratively while also exercising sound independent judgment.
Preferred Qualifications and Attributes

Experience providing clinical leadership, mentoring, or oversight in a home health setting.

Experience working with quality metrics, clinical outcomes, and performance goals.

A bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.

Schedule and Work Model

Location: NTV office; this is an on-site position and is not remote.

Service area: NTV home health service area.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional time as needed to support the office and clients.

Travel: Travel is required for supervisory visits within the NTV service area.

On-call: On-call participation is optional.

Training and ramp-up: A structured 90-day ramp-up period is anticipated.
