The Brand Program Manager plays an essential role in growing talent in our business through collaboration and sharing best practices with the North American and Global Brand team. You know how to be curious about opportunities and how to be real with feedback and support.

You’ll be part of a team that lead what the brand looks, feels and sounds like at Lush, concepting and providing marketing campaigns and solutions to grow the brand and excite audiences. 

As the Program Manager for the team, you’ll be responsible for the oversight of all work currently in progress, as well as a good view of incoming work. You'll be communicating with stakeholders across the business to take briefs, establish requirements, manage expectations, get feedback and support a team of marketers, PRs and creatives in executing the marketing and brand strategy. 

Optimizing performance to the Nth degree; the Program Manager must react realistically to objectives, managing resourcing and road mapping accordingly. You will be responsible for guiding and steering projects and creating a strategic workflow to get the work done effectively. 

You’ll be taking on the project management of some of the key initiatives, facilitating task prioritization and delegation along with working to unblock and support the Brand team to ensure they are on track and delivering. With a rapidly changing work environment, you’ll be comfortable with priorities and requirements changing, and thrive in taking on challenges as they appear.

Location: Successful candidate will ideally be located in Vancouver, British Columbia or surrounding areas, but we are open to the successful candidate being remote, located within Canada.

This salary range is based on an assessment of the local market and may vary depending on the successful candidate's location. This range is based on base salary and does not include additional bonus program and total rewards eligibility.

Base Salary Range$90,900—$101,000 CAD
