Client Relationship Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a relationship-driven professional with a background in sales, account management, and/or high-touch client service to join our growing Client Service team.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients navigating their claims journey. As a key member of our front office, you are the face of the organization — building trusted relationships, driving claim progress, and delivering a high-touch experience that sets the tone for everything that follows.

This position offers clear career pathing and long-term growth opportunities. High performers in this role can advance into Senior Client Relationship Manager, Team Lead, Operations, or other leadership tracks within the organization. Compensation Range:$65,000—$75,000 USD

Compensation: The compensation for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.

Benefits: (Eligible full-time employees and part-time employees who work over 30 hours a week)
