About Rox

Rox is an AI-native B2B revenue intelligence company. We are a Series A startup under active construction. Seven months ago we were just under 60 people. Today we are closing in on 130. We move fast, we ship constantly, and we build with the same AI-native systems we sell to our customers.

About the Team

The Founder's Office exists to scale our founder and CEO.

We are hiring for BizOps, Founder's Office: a full-time operator who reports directly to our CEO. For the next two years, you are the CEO's right-hand resource. Over time, the seat may grow to support additional executives, but the charter starts with one job: making the CEO's time, attention, and decisions go further.

Location: This role is based in our San Francisco office. You need to be in the office five days a week.

Why This Role Is Founder-Facing

As Rox scales, more of the company runs through the CEO: customers, hiring, investors, and the decisions that set direction. This role turns that load into a system: the right meetings, the right prep, the right follow-through, and an operating cadence the company can run on.

This is not an executive assistant role, and it is not a strategy deck role. It is an operator seat for someone who wants a front-row view of how a fast-scaling company gets built, and who will be measured on one thing: whether the CEO gets more done.

What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

Compensation

Base salary range: $180,000 to $220,000 USD.

Total compensation includes benefits, stock options, and perks.

A Note on How We Hire

At Rox, we evaluate for ownership, client obsession, craftsmanship, speed, pivot ability, collaboration, cross-functional impact, systems thinking, and learning velocity. We expect this role, more than any other, to embody that bar.
