ICON is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support the development, implementation, and ongoing governance of company-wide BIM standards and digital design workflows. Working closely with the BIM Manager, the BIM Coordinator will help establish and maintain a scalable BIM environment across ICON’s design teams. The position will combine hands-on Revit support, standards development, model QA/QC, content management, project setup, documentation, training, and workflow improvement. 

The ideal candidate is a strong Revit user who understands not only how to model and document projects, but also how BIM standards, data, content, and project workflows should be structured and maintained across multiple teams. 

As an ICONIC, you will be both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor, driving design excellence, technical rigor, and program execution across multiple concurrent projects. This role is based at ICON’s Austin, TX campus and reports to the BIM Manager.
