What you'll do
- Execute PR-to-PO workflows within ARIBA, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Manage Goods Receipt and GR/IR reconciliation to maintain financial integrity.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to resolve vendor and stakeholder queries.
- Support ARIBA optimization initiatives, including process automation and workflow improvements.
- Track and report on PR quality and rejection analysis to drive continuous process improvements.
Performance
You will own the accuracy and timeliness of procurement processes, driving improvements in PR-to-PO execution and GR compliance. Your data-driven approach will reduce query volumes and enhance SLA adherence, contributing to operational excellence and stronger governance. Your work supports measurable improvements in procurement efficiency and financial accuracy.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across global markets, ensuring governance standards and audit readiness are met. Reporting to the Purchase to Pay Manager, you will be part of a shared services environment that values accountability and sustainable process improvements.
