Overview

BoF is looking for an Editorial Operations Associate to join our Content Operations team. This is not an entry-level role: we're looking for someone with 2–3 years of experience in a newsroom, publishing house or similar media environment, who can take real ownership of editorial production, AI-assisted workflows and support the key editorial products like BoF 500.

You'll be trusted to run processes independently, make judgment calls under deadline pressure and work closely with editors and reporters, as well as the Design, Social Media and Multimedia Teams.

BoF is also becoming an AI-native company, and this role sits close to that shift: you'll use our approved AI tools daily, help shape how the newsroom adopts them, and hold the line on human verification and editorial standards as automation expands.

We will work with you to understand what adjustments you may need in the recruitment process to ensure you are able to perform at your best and we want to create a safe space to support this. Should you require any particular adjustment to be made, please let the Talent Acquisition Specialist who is managing your application know when you are contacted for an interview, so we can consider how best we can support you with this.
