We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Leader for the Italian Market region to spearhead growth within our sales division.
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting winning strategies, mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring we consistently outperform our market targets.

How You’ll Contribute:
- Strategic Leadership & Planning:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share
- Partner with the Regional Sales Director to ensure team tactics align with broader corporate objectives
- Team Management & Coaching:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed individual goals
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing professional development and coaching
- Foster a high-performance, positive culture centered on accountability and growth
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
- Track and analyze key sales metrics to ensure the team stays on path to hit targets
- Deliver detailed performance reports and data-driven insights to executive leadership
- Relationship Management & Market Intelligence:
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and untapped growth opportunities within the territory

- Italian, English - fluent
