Why we're hiring:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive People Manager to join our global, high-performing corporate functions Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to act as a primary People lead for dedicated internal client groups, making a tangible commercial difference to the business while continuously innovating our people practices.

What you'll be doing:

Your primary responsibility will be to act as the dedicated People lead for assigned internal Finance departments and stakeholder groups. You will independently drive comprehensive support, partnering directly with business leaders to achieve organisational objectives. You will own the execution of people strategies, programmes, and initiatives within your client groups, requiring a high level of independent judgment, commercial acumen, and a solid mastery of the People profession.

Who you'll be working with:   Reporting into the Global Senior People Director, this role will act as the dedicated People Partner for Finance leaders and teams, providing strategic advice on talent, performance, engagement, workforce planning and employee relations. You will work closely with Finance leadership, employees, and specialist HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Learning, Reward, ER and People Analytics to deliver people initiatives and support business objectives.   What You'll Need
