This is a high-impact individual contributor role with broad ownership across data, access, integrations, and shared customer experiences. You will lead across product and engineering teams, identify opportunities for innovation, and turn complex customer needs into scalable capabilities that strengthen the entire platform.
Your Opportunity:
- Define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Platform Core, anticipating customer needs and opening new possibilities for the platform.
- Build close relationships with customers and prospects to understand their workflows, uncover unmet needs, and validate product direction.
- Lead technically complex capabilities across the unified data model, APIs, integrations, and access management, partnering with engineering on architectural decisions and tradeoffs.
- Drive innovation in how customers interact with, administer, and extend the platform, including experiences enabled by AI and agents.
- Lead strategic initiatives across product domains, engineering, and design, aligning stakeholders around shared priorities and resolving complex product tradeoffs.
- Shape a cohesive platform experience across onboarding, settings, navigation, resource organization, and licensing.
- Develop the platform’s integration ecosystem through API standards, developer experiences, and technology partnerships.
- Own outcomes from discovery through delivery and adoption, defining success metrics and using customer insights and usage data to guide investment.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of technically complex platform or enterprise software products.
- Deep technical understanding of data models, APIs, access control, and integrations, with the ability to engage in architectural discussions and make informed product decisions.
- A proven track record of building direct customer relationships and translating deep customer understanding into product strategy and measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to define a compelling long-term vision, identify opportunities for innovation, and translate them into an actionable roadmap.
- Proven success leading complex initiatives across multiple teams and influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority.
- Strong product judgment, including the ability to balance immediate customer needs with scalable platform investments.
- The ability to move confidently between platform strategy and detailed product requirements.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and business audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with cloud security, enterprise SaaS platforms, or multi-product environments is a plus.
