HoneyBook is the leading AI-powered business management platform for service-based business owners. Designed to enhance - not replace - independent professionals. HoneyBook’s AI-powered tools help businesses attract leads, connect with clients, book projects, and manage payments more efficiently. With AI seamlessly integrated into every workflow, entrepreneurs can focus on their craft while scaling their businesses with confidence. Since its founding in 2013, HoneyBook has powered over 25 million client relationships and processed more than $12 billion in transactions, helping independent businesses grow faster and smarter.

Our culture is built on five core values that inform everything we do. We encourage collaboration, feedback, ownership, and maintain a growth mindset. We know experience comes in many forms - some visible on your resume, others not. No one candidate will be a 100% perfect match to our description, so if you thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually curious environment and have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Every employee at HoneyBook touches People Operations, whether they're enrolling in benefits, taking leave, changing states, or getting paid. Together, those moments shape how it feels to work here.

As our HR Operations Manager, you'll own that experience end to end. You'll be the subject matter expert across many HR areas, and you'll keep a close eye on where our systems and programs work well for employees and the People team, where they don't, and what to build, fix, or retire.

You'll also use AI to cut operational drag and turn our people data into clear insights, so leaders can make smarter, faster decisions about the business. At HoneyBook, AI tools and training are available to everyone, so you'll have the support to turn good ideas into working solutions.

If you want to shape how a whole company experiences its People programs, this is the role.

This role is a 40 hour per week hybrid position with 3 days/week required in-office.

Here are key responsibilities:

Own the People Operations experience

Shape our systems and build with AI

Lead our HR Centers of Excellence

Support People initiatives and employee lifecycle changes
