Build a Career. Develop Your Expertise. Earn Without Limits.

At Amoria Group, we're looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our Manchester office as 180 Consultants.

This is an opportunity to build a long-term career within a high-performance, international business, with structured training, uncapped earning potential and a clear pathway for progression.

As a 180 Consultant, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging specialist professionals, building strong relationships and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process. You'll develop valuable commercial and relationship-building skills while becoming an expert within your chosen market.

No previous recruitment experience is required. We're looking for people with the ambition, resilience and determination to succeed.

The Role

As a 180 Consultant, you'll take ownership of the candidate side of the recruitment process, working alongside experienced consultants to deliver high-quality talent for clients.

You will:

Who Thrives Here?

We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds, including customer service, retail, hospitality, call centres, sales, administration and other fast-paced environments.

You don't need recruitment experience. What matters is your attitude, ambition and willingness to learn.

You're likely to thrive if you're:

Highly Motivated

You're driven by results and aren't afraid to put in the work to achieve them. You take ownership of your performance, stay persistent when things don't go your way and are willing to go the extra mile to achieve your goals.

Organised and Comfortable with Technology

You'll manage candidate pipelines, maintain relationships and keep track of important information. Strong organisation, attention to detail and confidence using technology are essential.

Personable, Professional and Confident

You'll regularly communicate with professionals at different levels, so strong communication and relationship-building skills are key. You should be confident speaking to new people and able to build trust quickly.

Goal-Oriented and Ambitious

We're looking for people who want to build something for themselves. Whether you're motivated by career progression, financial independence or personal achievement, you'll have the opportunity to turn your ambition into tangible results.

What You'll Gain

Why Amoria Group?

You'll join an international business where progression is based on your capability, contribution and results. From your first day, you'll have access to structured training, development opportunities and a clear career pathway designed to help you progress from entry level through to leadership.

You'll work alongside ambitious people in a supportive, high-performance environment where success is recognised and rewarded.

If you're looking for a career where you can develop valuable skills, build financial independence, progress quickly and be rewarded for your performance, we'd love to hear from you.
