You will be embedded with GovTech product squads at BCA, working across established platforms such as CORENET X and new digital products in BCA's portfolio. As the bridge between Product Managers, Engineering, Design, agency business owners and industry users, you will make sure products land well, get adopted, and keep improving on evidence rather than assumption.
What you will be working on

Lead go-to-market and adoption: Own rollout sequencing, user onboarding, communications and support readiness for launches, and track adoption outcomes after go-live.

Run the Voice of Customer pipeline: Analyse support tickets, usage data and product analytics to surface recurring pain points, and turn them into prioritised recommendations with Product Managers.

Own operational readiness and incident response: Set up monitoring, runbooks and escalation protocols, coordinate incident response, and drive post-incident improvements.

Drive tooling and process improvement: Evaluate, set up and drive adoption of operational tools — product analytics, developer tooling, support platforms — and automate workflows to reduce toil.

Manage and develop the team: Lead a small team of Product Ops Specialists — set clear expectations, coach and give direct feedback, conduct performance conversations, and support their growth.

Shape the Product Ops practice: Establish standards and ways of working for Product Ops at BCA, and define the operating model with product and agency leadership.
What we are looking for

End-to-end ownership: A track record in product operations, service operations or a related role in a digital product environment, owning outcomes from launch through to continuous improvement.

People leadership: Experience managing or leading others — setting expectations, giving direct feedback and developing team members.

Senior stakeholder management: Confidence working directly with agency leadership — aligning on scope, pushing back constructively, and holding agreed boundaries.

Building in ambiguity: Experience establishing a function, process or operating model where little existed before.

Data-driven judgement: Strong analytical skills with product analytics, dashboards and support data, producing evidence-based recommendations.

Operational tooling: Hands-on experience with product analytics (e.g. Contentsquare), ticketing and support platforms (e.g. Zendesk, Jira) and lightweight automation.

Clear communication: Strong written and verbal communication, including structuring problems and recommendations for decision-makers.
