The role and what you will work on

• End-to-End Recruiting. Own parts of the full recruiting cycle - from crafting job profiles and posting ads to supporting screening, structured interviews, and onboarding. You touch every stage.
• Active Sourcing. Help build and run sourcing across LinkedIn and beyond. Find candidates who aren't looking. Learn what a real sourcing engine feels like from the inside.
• Graduate Recruitment. Help open doors to top universities. Build relationships with emerging talent.
• ALAIKA Ambassador. You are one of the first faces candidates see. Represent our values, energy, and ambition. Make it count.
• Employer Branding. Support ALAIKA's presence in the market - career events, university outreach, social media. Shape how the world sees us.

What you bring

•  Currently studying or graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or a related field. Minimum 4th Bachelor semester.
• Relevant Experience. You have gained initial exposure to recruitment or HR through internships, working student roles, student initiatives, or comparable experiences.
•  Recruiting is selling. Prove you could sell sand in a desert.
• Analytical Skills. Data-driven by default. Use metrics to optimize, not just report.
• Language Proficiency. Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
