Product Marketing Lead

In Brief

We're a rapidly growing startup on a mission to make healthcare proactive by empowering physicians, nurses, and care team members with real-time data to save lives. As our Product Marketing Lead, you will own how we show up for health system leaders. That covers the sales content that moves deals forward, the messaging behind each new module, and the story we tell customers who are ready to grow with us.

Who We Are

Bayesian Health's mission is to improve patient outcomes by empowering clinicians with the insights they need to make the right decision for the right patient at the point of care. We're a diverse team of clinicians, engineers, AI experts, product designers, and performance improvement leaders committed to enabling smarter, patient-specific care delivery through unlocking the power of data.

We're funded by top tier tech and biotech investors: Obvious Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, American Medical Association's venture arm, Catalio Partners, and LifeForce Capital. Recent recognitions include Forbes AI Top 50, World Economic Forum Tech Pioneer, Time Best Inventions, and BioTech AI Company of the Year. Read more about our peer-reviewed research in Nature Medicine associating our products with improved patient outcomes.

About the Role

This role spans three connected areas of product marketing: sales enablement, module marketing, and customer expansion. You will own all three end to end. Most of your energy will go to enablement, expansion, and module marketing, in that order of urgency as the field and our roadmap demand.

Product marketing is a function we are still building. You will be our dedicated product marketer, so you will set the standards, templates, and systems as much as you follow them. You will decide what gets built next based on what Sales and Client Success tell you is moving deals and renewals. As the team grows, you may have the chance to mentor more junior marketers.

What You'll Own

Sales Enablement

Own the core sales content library, including the sales deck, two-pagers, white papers, and collateral that quantify our impact for buyers and customers. Keep it accurate and current as the product and the market change. Work with Sales to learn which pieces move deals forward and which ones don't.

Deal-Specific Content

Build tailored content for late-stage opportunities, such as custom one-pagers and slides. Take a rough brief from a sales rep and return a polished deliverable without a heavy process around you. Be able to point to specific content you built that helped advance or close a deal.

Competitive Intelligence

Maintain competitive intel and battlecards as the market shifts. Keep them current without being asked, so reps never walk into a conversation with outdated information.

Product and Module Marketing

Develop positioning and messaging by module and buyer. Build module deep-dive materials and lead go-to-market for module launches, including palliative care and deterioration.

Customer Expansion

Partner with Client Success on expansion messaging, executive steering committee and QBR materials, and release communications for existing customers. Help customers see the value they are already getting and what more is possible.

Buyer Messaging

Write for the full health system buying committee, including CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CFOs, and quality leaders. Translate clinical outcomes and technical capabilities into language that resonates with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders. Make a business case land with a C-suite, not just a product pitch.

Cross-Functional Partnership

Join deal calls and QBRs. Pull roadmap details from Product proactively, and work with Clinical to keep every claim credible. Surface what is working in the field and feed market and competitive insight back into the business.
