About the Role
As the first commercial hire at an early-stage AI compliance software company, you will shape go-to-market strategy and build the sales function. The role supports a regulatory compliance platform serving manufacturers and retailers across Europe, and your work will influence how the product reaches and serves its market.
What You'll Do
Develop go-to-market and pricing strategies, and build the sales organization.
Generate prospective customer interest through events, content marketing, and webinars.
Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from initial conversations and lead qualification through closing.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support customer handoffs and share market insights that inform the product roadmap.
What We're Looking For
Experience in software or SaaS sales, with a record of owning the full sales cycle from qualification to close.
Experience building or scaling a sales team.
Experience generating demand through events, content marketing, or webinars.
Daily use of AI tools as part of your core workflow.
Fluency in German and English, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, sales presentations, and white papers.
B2B SaaS experience is relevant; LegalTech or RegTech experience is a plus. Marketing or creative skills, such as video production, are also beneficial.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: €95,000 to €105,000 annually.
Location
Hybrid, with on-site work four days per week in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
