Job Summary

RPA is seeking a Supervisor, Platform Management & Investment to join the Platform Management & Investment team, reporting directly to the Associate Media Director. This role serves as a strategic media investment lead responsible for campaign success, team development, operational excellence, process improvement, and innovation across programmatic and paid social media investments.

We're looking for a driven and collaborative leader with deep programmatic and paid social expertise and a passion for collaborating with others. In this role, you'll oversee a Specialist and Coordinator while leading campaign planning, activation, optimization, analysis, and strategic recommendations across client business. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with leading demand-side platforms, including DV360, The Trade Desk, and/or Yahoo DSP, as well as leading paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snapchat. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of full-funnel media strategy across programmatic channels such as Display, Online Video,  and CTV, as well as paid social channels. You should also possess strong working knowledge of Google Campaign Manager (CM360). Experience with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO), audience development, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), platform-native measurement solutions, and buying tools such as Prisma/MediaOcean is highly preferred. We're seeking someone who is naturally curious, solutions-oriented, and eager to continuously learn and improve. You should be comfortable balancing hands-on platform execution with leadership responsibilities, including team oversight, quality assurance, process enhancement, and innovation.

Success in this role requires the ability to connect performance data to business outcomes; translating insights into actionable recommendations, identifying growth opportunities, proactively diagnosing issues, and confidently communicating strategic direction to both internal teams and clients. Candidates should possess 3+ years of digital media experience, including at least 2 years focused on programmatic and/or paid social media, with demonstrated success managing people, complex projects, and large-scale digital media investments.
