LogicMonitor is looking for a Field & Partner Marketing Manager, APJ to support the execution of field, partner and demand generation programs across the region.

Reporting to the VP, Field, Partner & Event Marketing, and directly supporting the Marketing Director, APJ, this role will work closely with the regional Sales and Partner teams to deliver marketing programs that generate and accelerate pipeline across priority APJ markets.

With LogicMonitor's partner-led go-to-market model, partner marketing will be an important part of the role. You will support the execution of joint programs with our partner ecosystem, alongside field marketing activities and regional demand generation programs targeting priority enterprise and government accounts.

This is a hands-on role covering the day-to-day execution of campaigns, events, webinars and partner programs, as well as the operational work required to deliver them successfully. This includes coordinating vendors, contracts, procurement, budgets, MDF, lead uploads and campaign follow-up.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable managing multiple programs at once, with a clear understanding that marketing activity needs to translate into engagement, pipeline and ultimately revenue.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

• Demand Generation & Pipeline

  • Execute regional marketing programs designed to generate and accelerate pipeline across APJ.
  • Support campaigns targeting target accounts, working closely with the Marketing Director, Sales and broader Marketing teams.
  • Coordinate regional execution of demand generation programs across digital, webinars, content, events, ABM and partner channels.
  • Support the localisation and activation of global marketing campaigns across APJ.
  • Work with Sales and Partner teams to identify target accounts and audiences for campaigns and programs.
  • Coordinate campaign promotion, registrations, attendance and follow-up to help move engagement into qualified opportunities.
  • Work with Marketing Operations and MDR teams to ensure leads are captured, uploaded, routed and followed up appropriately.
  • Track campaign results including engagement, leads, opportunities, pipeline and revenue contribution.

  Field Marketing

  • Coordinate and execute APJ field marketing activities including industry events, executive roundtables, customer programs, webinars, conferences and other regional programs.
  • Manage day-to-day event execution including venues, vendors, registrations, speakers, catering, branding, collateral and onsite logistics.
  • Coordinate event promotion and audience recruitment with Sales, BDRs, Partners and internal Marketing teams.
  • Manage event timelines, project plans and budgets to ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Prepare internal event communications, registration updates and program information for Sales and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate post-event lead uploads and follow-up activities with Sales and Marketing Operations.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of attendance, engagement, opportunities, pipeline and other agreed event KPIs.

  Partner Marketing

  • Support the execution of joint marketing programs with APJ partners including distributors, resellers, GSIs, MSPs, hyperscalers and strategic technology partners.
  • Work with Partner Business Managers and partner marketing contacts to coordinate agreed marketing activities.
  • Execute partner programs including events, webinars, digital campaigns, content programs, account-based activities and other joint demand generation initiatives.
  • Manage program timelines, deliverables, communications and follow-up across LogicMonitor and partner teams.
  • Coordinate campaign assets and content with internal Marketing teams and partners.
  • Ensure partner leads are captured, processed and followed up by the appropriate Sales or Partner teams.
  • Track partner program results including leads, opportunities, partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
  • Maintain visibility of current and upcoming partner marketing activities across APJ.

  MDF, Budget & Marketing Administration

  • Coordinate MDF requests and ensure the required program information, approvals and documentation are completed.
  • Track MDF-funded activities from approval through execution, proof of performance, claims and reconciliation.
  • Ensure MDF programs have agreed objectives, target audiences and KPIs before execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of MDF spend, program status and results.
  • Support APJ marketing budget tracking and reconciliation.
  • Raise purchase orders and process vendor invoices and payments.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding, contracts, procurement and legal review processes.
  • Maintain program and vendor documentation and follow up on outstanding approvals or payments.
  • Work with Finance, Procurement and Legal to ensure marketing programs meet internal requirements and timelines.

  Marketing Operations & Program Support

  • Work with Marketing Operations to set up campaigns and ensure accurate campaign tracking.
  • Coordinate lead uploads from events, partners, webinars and other regional activities.
  • Check lead data for completeness and accuracy before submission.
  • Support lead routing and follow up with Sales and Partner teams where required.
  • Maintain campaign, event and partner program trackers.
  • Support reporting on marketing activity, pipeline contribution and program performance.
  • Coordinate with global Marketing teams, agencies and vendors to ensure regional programs are delivered on schedule.
  • Support other day-to-day APJ marketing activities and administration as required.

• 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, partner marketing, demand generation or a related marketing role, ideally within enterprise technology or SaaS.
• Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns, events, webinars or partner programs.
• Experience working with Sales teams and supporting marketing programs focused on pipeline generation.
• Experience working with channel or ecosystem partners is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of B2B demand generation and how marketing engagement progresses into leads, opportunities, pipeline and revenue.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple programs, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Comfortable managing the operational elements of marketing including budgets, vendors, contracts, purchase orders and invoices.
• Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across different APJ markets and time zones.
• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently while collaborating with a broader regional and global team.
• Willingness to be hands-on and support both campaign execution and marketing operations.
• Some regional travel will be required.
