Ohana Pet Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.

In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services — for dogs, cats, rabbits, rodents, and some reptiles. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment where every pet and person who walks through the door is treated with genuine care and compassion.

The hospital sees a mix of general practice, surgery, urgent care, limited exotic medicine, rehabilitation, and holistic medicine, with RVTs heavily utilized in surgery and access to ophthalmology expertise.
