No job description fits your background? You might still be a future Atomizer, if you want to work in a place built on these principles:
- Mission first. Commercial success is a means, not the objective, and we optimize for long-term value over short-term wins in advancing humanity's command of matter.
- Build what compounds. When we take on a problem, we build what would solve every problem like it, because quick fixes add up but capabilities compound.
- Builders own outcomes. Small, self-reliant teams have the context and authority to build, and one person owns each outcome and drives it across the line.
- Reality is the final authority. An idea wins on evidence and reasoning, never on tenure, title, consensus, or convention.
- Learn fast. Learning per unit time is the metric we run on, and every failure should teach us something new and valuable.
