About the Role
PubMatic is looking for a Senior Manager, Advertiser Solutions to help grow our advertiser and agency partnerships across Indonesia.
This is a high-impact commercial role for someone who understands the agency buying process, knows the programmatic supply chain inside out, and wants to influence how buyers access premium supply through SPO partnerships and full-funnel media solutions.
You’ll be joining a business that is helping change the conversation in digital advertising. This role is not just about maintaining relationships — it is about opening new ones, challenging existing assumptions, and bringing fresh partnership ideas to market. You’ll work closely with agencies, advertisers, and internal teams across sales, demand, and product to unlock growth and deepen adoption of PubMatic’s solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Build and grow strategic relationships with agencies and advertisers across Indonesia
- Engage senior decision-makers with new partnership ideas that challenge conventional buying approaches
- Partner closely with internal teams across demand, sales, and other cross-functional groups to drive local and global commercial opportunities
- Manage day-to-day partner relationships with a strong focus on service, responsiveness, and long-term growth
- Identify new revenue opportunities across both existing and prospective clients
- Lead quarterly business reviews and ongoing client conversations
- Represent PubMatic at industry events and conferences, building market presence and strengthening your network
What You’ll Bring
- 6+ years’ experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales within ad tech or the wider digital media industry
- Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including how buyers and sellers operate across the supply chain
- Experience selling programmatic solutions and driving platform adoption with major brands, advertisers, or agencies
- Understanding of sales planning, trading, or investment planning
- Strong market relationships, with existing agency and/or advertiser contacts in-region
- Commercial understanding of programmatic buying and selling, including pricing models, optimisation approaches, audience trends, and buying technology
- Experience or exposure in CTV/OTT and addressability would be highly valued
- Confidence discussing AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to advocate for innovation in client conversations
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills, including the ability to build compelling materials in PowerPoint
- A strategic, collaborative approach and the confidence to work across multiple teams to move complex partnerships forward
