The role
We’re looking for an experience Head of Influencers to lead the creator and ambassador marketing across Myproten. You’ll set the strategy, build meaningful long-term partnerships and turn creator content into measurable brand and commercial growth.
This is a senior role for someone who understands the different communities around performance nutrition and everyday wellbeing.
What you’ll do
- Own the influencer and ambassador strategy across all three brands, from planning and creator selection through to delivery and measurement.
- Build a diverse network of creators, athletes and experts whose audiences and values align with each brand.
- Lead partnerships across paid campaigns, gifting, affiliate activity, events, product launches and longer-term ambassador programmes.
- Create briefs that give partners room to make authentic content while meeting clear brand and commercial objectives.
- Work with brand, social, PR, ecommerce and performance teams to connect creator activity with wider campaigns.
- Manage budgets, agency relationships, contracts and negotiations, securing strong value and appropriate usage rights.
- Set meaningful measures of success, including reach, engagement, content quality, traffic, sales and return on investment.
- Use audience insight, platform trends and campaign results to improve the programme continually.
- Lead and develop the influencer team, building effective processes and high standards for delivery.
- Protect brand reputation by ensuring partnerships are transparent, compliant and grounded in accurate product claims.
Channel Strategy & Commercial Ownership
- Own and evolve the global influencer, athlete, ambassador & creator strategy, ensuring activity supports both brand-building and commercial objectives
- Set the strategic direction for the channel in multiple markets, balancing global consistency with local market nuances
- Own channel performance across key commercial metrics including revenue, new customer acquisition, CAC/CPA, COS, ROI and incremental growth.
- Manage the channel budget, whilst delivering against key commercial metrics including COS, CAC, Revenue
- Identify audience opporutnities, platforms and creator segments and build roadmap to unlock them
- Lead annual, quarterly and campaign planning, translating wider business objectives and NPD launches into clear channel plans
- Regularly present channel performance, opportunities, risks and recommendations to senior leadership
Creator Marketing:
- Scale the existing Myprotein multi-platform creator strategy across Instagram, Tik tok, Youtube and emerging platforms
- Oversee major talent negotiations, contracting, commercial decisions and partnership reviews
- Work closely with paid media and social teams to identify high performing creator content and maximise it's value through amplification
- Lead the evolution of the influencer program from predominantly direct ROI model to a more holistic measurement framework, recognising creator value acorss brand building and commercial performance
- Establish market and platform specific benchmarks to assess creator qualirt, campaign effectiveness and investment decisions
- Create consistent global reporting that enables the business to understand the total value generated by influencer investment
