Have you ever wished an app worked a little better?

At Testlio, we help some of the world's leading technology and consumer brands improve their apps and digital products by collecting feedback from real people. Our global community of freelance testers has helped companies deliver better experiences to millions of users.

We're currently looking for people based in Brazil or Mexico who are current paid subscribers of Instagram+ (Instagram's paid subscription) to take part in a user research study about their experience with the product.

No professional software testing experience is required. If you're comfortable sharing honest feedback and recording yourself on video, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:

You must currently live in Brazil or Mexico
You must have an active, paid Instagram+ subscription (not a free trial) that you've held for more than 1 month.
You must use Instagram on an iPhone or Android smartphone.
You must be willing to share your Instagram username so your subscription status can be verified.
You should be comfortable completing the study in English or your native language.
You must be comfortable recording and uploading short, selfie-style video responses.

What does testing look like?

Type of testing: User research (paid subscription experience).
Type of work: Short-term, freelance.
Structure: Two sessions approximately 7 days apart, with light ongoing attention to your Instagram use in between.
Time commitment: Approximately 1.5–2 hours total across both sessions.
Pay rate: 12 USD/hr.
Payment: You are paid weekly via PayPal or Payoneer, in USD, which you can convert to your local currency.

Benefits of being a freelancer at Testlio

Schedule: You can create your own schedule and take on other testing runs that interest you.
Location: Testlio is a 100% remote company. Work from wherever suits you.
Growth: You'll be contributing to research for a global-scale app and building experience along the way.
Payment: You're paid by the hour, not by the bug, so you get paid regardless of what you find.
