Redefine the future of customer experiences. One conversation at a time.

At Nextiva, we’re reimagining how businesses connect, bringing together customer experience and team collaboration on a single, conversation centric platform. Powered by AI, driven by human innovation.

Our culture is forward thinking, customer obsessed and built on the belief that meaningful connections drive better business outcomes. Whether it’s through our signature Amazing Service®, the technology we create, or the experiences we cultivate, connection is at the core of who we are.

If you’re ready to collaborate with incredible people, make an impact, and help businesses everywhere deliver truly amazing experiences, this is where you belong.

Location: This is an onsite role based at Nextiva’s Scottsdale headquarters (9451 E. Via de Ventura, Scottsdale, AZ 85256). Working together onsite strengthens how we operate, enabling faster decisions, clearer communication, and stronger execution, so you can make a greater impact and move work forward with speed and clarity.

In-Office Expectation: This role is expected to work onsite four days per week. Specific scheduling and flexibility will be guided by your leader to support both team collaboration and individual productivity.

Responsible for field marketing for an assigned portfolio of 25–40 channel partners and directs go-to-market execution for new product and service launches. Evaluates each partner's business objectives, determines which marketing approach will best generate pipeline, selects and negotiates with the vendors who deliver it, and recommends program direction to the VP of Channel Marketing. Also owns the Partner Certification Program end-to-end, establishing its structure, cadence, and content priorities. Operates with substantial independence and minimal day-to-day supervision, with work reviewed on business outcomes rather than methods. Success is measured on partner-sourced pipeline, not task completion.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for field marketing strategy and program mix for an assigned portfolio of 25–40 channel partners by evaluating partner business objectives, market position, and historical pipeline performance.
  2. Designs partner marketing programs — campaigns, webinars, roadshows, regional events, and prospect-facing activations — selecting the format and approach best suited to each pipeline objective.
  3. Selects vendors and negotiates scope, terms, and pricing on the company's behalf for partner events and field programs.
  4. Directs delivery of partner conferences, regional events, and field activations, defining scope and holding vendors and contract staff accountable to standards.
  5. Recommends allocation of channel marketing spend across partners and programs; recommendations are given particular weight by the VP of Channel Marketing.
  6. Analyzes partner-sourced pipeline for conversion gaps and determines what intervention — enablement, campaign support, or process change — will close them.
  7. Interprets campaign and pipeline performance data to identify root causes, and determines which programs to scale, modify, or discontinue.
  8. Determines how brand and messaging standards apply to partner-led initiatives and adjudicates requests that fall outside standard guidelines.
  9. Curious about AI and quick to put it to work. Use AI tools to speed up event planning, personalize outreach and turn campaign data into insights, and share what works with the rest of the team.
