RG Live is looking for a highly organised, motivated, and commercially minded individual to join our growing Live Experiences team. The role offers the opportunity to support the delivery and expansion of large-scale event formats - from light trails to immersive location-based experiences - across global markets. You’ll play a central role in keeping projects running while contributing to the evolution of exciting, audience-facing experiences.

The role involves direct ownership and management of key commercial projects across the portfolio, working across core functions including ticketing, marketing, and finance to coordinate a smooth and successful delivery. You’ll also work closely with multiple external partners, and support the development of junior team members.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in event promotion, strong commercial understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you’ll bring energy, a proactive mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for being part of an ambitious and growing team.

What you'll do:

Project Management
•    Attend and lead Senior Management Team meetings as required, conducting venue visits on a regular basis (where applicable).
•    Collaborate closely with venue teams and wider operational partners to ensure successful event delivery.
•    Monitor and execute opportunities for sales and profit maximization throughout the yearly event cycle.
•    Ensure booking processes, builds and reporting are executed accurately by the ticketing team for key projects.
•    Support re-contracting of sites where applicable.

Ticketing
•    Manage and support ticketing functions of the business as and where required – inclusive of relationship management, event builds, and creation and circulation of sales reports.
•    Support the Director of Development and Innovation in the development of ticketing practices for the company going forwards.
•    Support wider team / ticket agents in customer service responsibilities.

Financial Management
•    Monitor financial performance across assigned sites, working with the Director of Live Experiences and Finance team to support accurate and regular re-forecasting.
•    Manage, develop and grow P&L models for individual projects, ensuring they are kept up to date and accurate – with any key variances raised to the wider team.
•    Support the financial reconciliation of assigned projects with venues and internal and external teams.

Wider Business Support
•    Assist with the management, implementation, and growth of F&B and other secondary income opportunities across the portfolio.
•    Support the development and delivery of new and existing sponsors where required
•    Support the Director of Live Experiences and Director of Development and Innovation with delivery of P&L models and wider research for potential new projects.
