About the Role 

Range Foundation is growing its charitable partnerships function, and we're looking for a Social Impact Specialist to help shape it. You'll assess which organizations we back, structure how we work with them, and bring their stories to life for employees, clients, and stakeholders across our family of companies. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, direct access to leadership, and a front-row seat to the impact your work creates.

What we offer:

We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected compensation range for this position is: $60,000 to $75,000. The actual compensation may vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
