The Inside Sales and Lead Generation Representative is a professional sales position in which one is required to sell wholesale equipment to prospective customers within your assigned territory. Successful Inside Sales and Lead Generation Representatives will be regularly reaching out to new customers, establishing long-lasting customer relationships, assist customers with equipment management, and be a resource to your customers when resolving product issues. You will be expected to help increase the sales, profit, and productivity of each customer by offering comprehensive recommendations based on their needs. Qualifications

Proficiency with cold calling experience is required
Prior experience with high-value capital goods (trucking/industrial equipment). Construction equipment and/or agriculture equipment is highly preferred
Proven sales success in which goals were achieved or exceeded
Problem-solving skills
Strong independent work ethic, able to collaborate with internal staff to achieve individual as well as branch goals
Excellent customer service skills; a builder of relationships
Clear and concise communications
A strong sense of urgency, focusing on time & territory management
Strong computer skills with a priority on Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

Engage with customers through effective communication by making outbound calls to potential new customers
Maintain current customer relationships by communicating with them consistently
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of current and prospective customers via the company's CRM (HubSpot)
Research and qualify new leads to enhance your sales pipeline, aiming to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain in-depth knowledge of construction machinery features, benefits, and applications to recommend suitable equipment to collaborate with customers
Assist customers by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
Describe all equipment options available for customer purchases
Build strong rapport and life-long relationships with customers
Effectively overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
Generate accurate sales quotes, purchase orders, and invoices
Understand current OEM and 3rd party finance programs to remain competitive in the market
Act as liaison between parts, service, and equipment sales departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Partner with outside sales reps to manage customer relationships and ensure timely delivery
This is an in-office role, interacting via the phone, or with walk-in customers

Pay:

$45,000 - $60,000 base annual salary plus commission
