WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

Viant is seeking a driven and strategic Research Panel Growth Manager to lead initiatives focused on growing and engaging our research panel community. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of panel recruitment programs to drive sustainable growth, engagement, retention, and participant quality.

You’ll serve as a subject matter expert for panel recruitment, partnering cross-functionally and with external vendors to build scalable acquisition and lifecycle strategies. The ideal candidate combines marketing expertise, strong project management skills, and a data-driven approach to participant engagement within a research or customer-focused environment.

Base compensation range: $100,000.00- $125,000.00 In accordance with California law, the range provided is Viant’s reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role.  Final title and compensation for the position will be based on several factors including work experience and education.
