Role: Fulfilment Lead Operator - Twilight shift (6pm-12am)

Career Step Level: Step level 1.3

Salary: £15.76 per hour

Hours: We are pleased to say, this is a permanent contract, you will be working a rolling average of 115 paid hrs per pay period (4 weekly), 6 hr shifts per day minus 15 mins unpaid break working on a shift pattern of Sun-Thu 6pm-midnight.

🐾 The job:

Be accountable for the timely fulfilment of high-quality customer orders
Provide supervision and support to the fulfilment team in order to meet key operational metrics of quality, packing accuracy and packing rates
Assist the Team Leader by monitoring & improving your teams performance in order to achieve growth and accuracy in a supportive environment
Work in a safe way following all appropriate safety procedures by maintaining a tidy and hygienic working environment.
Point of contact for Team Leader for regular performance review meetings
Occasional attendance and contribution at daily review meetings
Other general tasks waste processing, order packing etc.
Work to relevant standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
Work well with multiple functional teams including Engineering, Technical, Production and Warehousing.

👀 What we're looking for:

Previous experience as a line leader or area leader within the food manufacturing sector (preferred)
Ability to read and communicate confidently in English
Numerate (able to understand and work with numbers)
Hard-working & diligent with a hunger to learn
Flexible, pragmatic, resilient & humble
Committed to food quality & safety
Loves dogs (naturally)
